We carefully pack every order and work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Please Note

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by festivals, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with our courier partner to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-shipping. We will inform you before arranging re-shipment.

Delivery dates are provisional as orders are handled by third-party courier partners. Deliveries may also be unavailable on Sundays and national holidays in certain locations.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

We value your trust and are committed to making your delivery experience as smooth as possible.
