Exchange Policy

At Signac Pens, we take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that every writing instrument meets our high standards. However, if you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we are here to assist you with an exchange.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

  • The product will be inspected by our team before an exchange is approved.

  • If the customer wishes to exchange for a different model or variant, this will be subject to approval and availability. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • Courier charges for return and reshipping are to be borne by the customer.

Important: Products that are personalized or customized (e.g., engraved with a name or logo) are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.


Return Policy

We accept returns only in special cases, and strictly under the following conditions:

  • The customer must provide a genuine and valid reason for the return. This could include wrong item received, manufacturing defect not suited for exchange, or other verified issues.

  • All return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Signac Pens reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after inspection.

  • Returned items must be in unused, undamaged condition, with the original packaging and invoice.

  • If approved, a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return acceptance.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personalized or engraved products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
