  • We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India only.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of order confirmation.

  • In case of any unexpected delay in processing, customers will be informed via email or SMS.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination, courier partner, and local conditions.


Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Festivals and public holidays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Natural calamities or political disruptions

  • Courier or logistical issues beyond our control

In such events, we will make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.


Delivery Address Requirements

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.

  • We request that someone be present at the given address to receive the package.

  • Deliveries may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.


Undelivered Orders & Reshipping

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or recipient unavailability:

    • The customer will be required to bear the cost of reshipping the product.

    • No refunds will be issued for shipping charges in such cases.


Proof of Delivery (POD)

  • Once the courier service marks the order as delivered and provides a POD (Proof of Delivery) with the customer’s name or that of an authorized recipient, the delivery will be considered complete.

  • We are not responsible for any claims of non-receipt if a valid POD is available.


Tentative Delivery Dates

  • All delivery dates shared at the time of order are provisional and subject to change.
